Sarah is comprehensively certified through Peak Pilates. Her teaching style is classical, alignment-focused, and she brings an uplifting and positive attitude to every class. Additionally, she is a registered yoga instructor (RYT200), currently working on completing her advanced training (RYT500). She is a mind-body enthusiast with a steady practice of Pilates and yoga for over 10+ years. She enjoys sharing this passion with others and witnessing the positive and transformative effects on her students. Outside of teaching she enjoys spending time with friends and family, live music, travelling, snowboarding, painting, and spending time outside.
